Take your training to the next level with the most badass online training program in fitness. This program is designed to make you stronger, faster, and mentally tougher. Featuring the best in strength, speed, power, hypertrophy, and conditioning training practices designed by Dr. Pat Davidson.
Athletic Weapon is a 4-5 day a week program with workouts lasting 60-90 minutes. Programming is broken down into blocks with different training focuses each block, including focuses on hypertrophy, strength, and speed. Gym access is recommended.
