This block features a beautiful blend of aerobic training, strength training, reactive training, and power training. For those of you seeking to develop athleticism, while still looking amazing, this is the perfect start to your training journey. The mix of sprint preparation, medicine ball throwing, plyometrics, and weight lifting is carefully blended together to give you exactly the right amount of each variable relative to the others.
This block will guide you through a progressive build to very high-level training. Then you will be given a specific recovery protocol to maximize the training adaptations. This will have you ready to be an absolute animal by the end of this 9-week journey.
