This 24 week block was everything I used for contest prep for my first body building show. This preparation put an Athletic Weapon edge on things. I was able to lose 36 pounds across this block, and come in at 6.2% body fat on a DEXA scan across the totality of this block. If you're looking to get absolutely shredded, this is the path that I walked to accomplish absolutely insane levels of being lean.
This block details the resistance training methodology, the diet, and also all of the medicine ball throwing, track work, and conditioning used to bring me into a great performance at a very competitive body building contest.
The block is broken down into five phases of ever increasing challenge meso cycles. I think the balance of lifting, running, and athletic work truly hit the best levels found at any point in the Athletic Weapon timeline thus far.
I'm really proud of this block. I learned so much about myself physically, emotionally, and psychologically across its duration. This was like climbing my own personal greatest mountain. I will never forget the experience of this block in my life.
