This is an animalistic block that will prepare you to be able to handle extremely high-level athletic developmental training. You will be a human super ball by the end of this block with aerobic fitness that will make you feel like there is no limit to your gas tank.
This 8-week training block will feature ascending volume in sprint preparation training, low and high-amplitude plyometric training, special endurance bouts, medicine ball throwing, and resistance training. This block is not for the timid and weak minded. This will challenge you in a significant way.
