This is a 20-week 5-phase speed development program. This program is perfect for intermediate level speed and power athletes. There is a masterful mixture of sprinting, conditioning, power development, and weight lifting in this training block.
You will follow an ascending volume structure of track work with appropriate levels of complimentary weightroom and medicine ball training accompaniment. If you follow the entirety of this program, you will undoubtedly get yourself into the best shape of your life for speed and power capabilities.
This is an extremely challenging training block. People participating in this should have a history of training, a strong will, and should definitely take good care of themselves from a nutrition and lifestyle perspective.
