Description

This is a 24-week hypertrophy training block. If you like lifting weights, hit absolutely insane levels of volume, and get huge, then this is a perfect block for you.

This block will methodically march you to the highest levels of resistance training volumes that you could ever imagine doing. You will be doing hundreds of sets per-week by the end of this block.

If you are a meat head, this block will be an absolute party for you. There is pretty minimal amounts of aerobic work or athletic development in this block. You’ll just get big doses of hypertrophy style lifting.

It’s pretty hard to state how grueling the later phases of block 5 are. Just know that many others have walked this walk before you and gotten incredible results from the process.
