Pat Davidson has an M.S. in Strength and Conditioning and a PhD in Exercise Physiology. Pat has been a professor of Exercise Science at Brooklyn College and Springfield College. Pat was the Director of Training and Continuing Education at Peak Performance. Pat is the creator of the, Rethinking the Big Patterns training model and author of the book, A Coach's Guide to Optimizing Movement. Pat fought professionally in MMA in the 2000's, competed for two world championships in Strongman in the 2010s, and is attempting to become an IFBB pro body builder in the 2020s. Pat has coached athletes in a variety of sports, and has performed over 50 presentations in the United States and internationally.
Derek Hansen is an international sports performance consultant and educator. He has worked for over 30 years as a sprint coach and has been consulting with professional teams (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB, Bundesliga), national/Olympic team organizations and elite collegiate athletic programs for over 20 years.
